Seasonal, ingredient-driven, private dining experiences. Montauk · Hamptons · East End of Long Island, NY.
Jake Pinkston is a private chef cooking seasonal coastal cuisine on the East End — local seafood and market produce, shaped by French and Japanese technique, plated refined yet approachable.
His cooking draws on a decade in kitchens across New York, Colorado, and Texas — from the Uchi Restaurant Group in Austin to the Montauk Yacht Club — and on fine-dining stages at Benu, Nightbird, Elske, and Crown Shy.
Menus change with the season and the morning's catch; each dinner is written for its table.

In every great kitchen, family meal is the one the cooks make for each other — generous, unfussy, passed around one table. Family Meal brings that spirit to your table in Montauk: a private, multi-course dinner served family-style, built around what the boats and farm stands brought in that morning.
One long table. Shared platters. The polish of fine dining without the starch. @montaukfamilymeal
